Hand Addressing
Our hand addressing staff has over nine years experience producing beautiful envelopes that demand to be opened. Our services include elegant and show-stopping Calligraphy, Computerized Addressing and Script Hand Addressing. Whether your event is a wedding, rehearsal dinner, corporate event, birthday party, holiday festivity, or baby shower, our addressing style can be tailored to your event and personal style. Your envelopes will be handled with a “white glove” and addressed by experienced and conscientious individuals who understand the importance of first impressions.
How to Order
On the Party Cat online invitation order form, after completing the return address information, you will be asked the question, “Would you like Party Cat to address your envelopes for you?” Click “Yes.” Our addressing department will email you within 1 business day of your order placement with instructions for submitting your Excel spreadsheet or Word document of names and addresses. If you choose Computerized Addressing, you must use the Excel spreadsheet template that we send you.
Addressing Styles and Prices
Calligraphy
Black ink: $3.00 per envelope
Any other ink color: $3.15 per envelope

Any ink color: $1.35 per envelope

Details
Your address will be centered on the envelope, one line centered below the next as displayed on the samples. Proofs are not available. You may submit your addresses to us in an Excel spreadsheet or a Word document. We cannot accept addresses in any other format.
Ink Color
For Calligraphy and Script Hand Addressing, you may choose from any ink color that Party Cat offers. If you select Computerized Addressing, your envelopes will be addressed in Black ink only.
In House Production Time
Addressing takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on the style of addressing you choose. This time is added to the total turnaround time of your invitation order. We do not offer rushes on hand addressing. Your envelopes will be finished as soon as possible.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns
If you need to make changes or cancel your order once the process has begun, you will be charged for the envelopes already addressed. We do not accept returns. |
