| Q 2 .What are the steps in the process for a printed order? |
| Ans: |
- You place the order online and receive a confirmation with an order number. Your credit card is not charged until you approve your proof.
- Within 1-2 business days, you receive a proof showing the text layout and spelling ONLY. The proof will not be oriented on the card (although we are working on this technology). Please note that if you are receiving your proof via email, there is a possibility that the font used for your order may not be on your system. In some cases, this will cause the proof to display in a different font. Once we have provided a proof, if you cancel your order, there is a $15.00 charge.
- Your order is then on hold until you respond to us either with your proof approval or changes to your proof. Proof approvals can be communicated online. Any changes must be faxed to us. If there are changes because of misspellings or inaccuracies, there is no charge. If there are style or wording changes, you will be charged an additional $1.50 per proof.
- Once your proof is approved, your credit card is charged and your order is put into production. Normal turnaround time for printing is 3 business days after your proof is approved. For example, if your proof is approved on a Monday, your order will print on Thursday, barring any holidays. Expedited services (both printing and shipping) are available for additional costs. 2nd business day and next business day printing and shipping are available options for additional costs. 2nd day printing is an additional $15 and next day printing is an additional $25. - Your order will ship the same day it is printed using the method you chose when you placed your order. For shipping timeframes please see this page: http://www.partycat.com/information.asp Party Cat will send you an email indicating your order has shipped and Quantum view (UPS) will email you with the tracking number of your order. Quantum view will also keep you informed of the status of your package.

| Q 3. How long does it take to receive a proof? |

| Q 4. If I fax my proof back to you with changes do I also need to send you an email? |
Ans: |
No, it's not necessary to do both, but we do prefer you indicate your approval online. Doing this will make the order process more efficient. |
| Q 5 .How do I send back my proof if changes do need to be made? |
Ans: |
You can FAX back a proof with changes. This is the best way to insure we understand each of your changes. If you don't have a fax, you can email your changes. Please be as specific and detailed as possible when using the email method. |
| Q 6. Is the envelope included with the invitation? |
Ans: |
For almost every invitation, the answer is yes. There are some invitations which are postcards and no envelope is required or included in the price. |
| Q 7. Is printing included in the price of the invitation? |

No, printing is in addition to the cost of the cards. Printing prices can be found here: http://www.partycat.com/information.asp The pricing matrix found on this page also includes the price of printing the return address on the envelopes. |
| Q 8. Can you ship outside the U.S.? |

Yes! We will quote you the shipping costs when we send you the order. We use the U.S. Postal Service to ship internationally to keep your cost as low as possible. |
| Q 9. How do I get a sample? |
Ans: |
At the top of the pages which have card images, there is a link for 'contact us'. Just click that link and enter the information for which you would like samples. We allow 3 free samples per customer. |
| Q 10. How long does it take to receive a sample? |
Ans: |
Our samples are mailed using the US Postal Service from Austin, Texas. It should take no longer than 4-5 business days depending on your location. |
| Q 11. Will my proof be on an actual invitation? |
Ans: |
Unfortunately, we don't have the technology in place yet to show you a proof on the actual invitation (we are working on this). Your proof will detail the layout of the text, the font and the spelling which will be used in printing your order. If you request that your proof be emailed, it will be in .pdf format. We have found that there are times that the font does not display accurately if that font is not installed on your computer. If you have any questions or if the font does not look like the one you chose, please call us. |
| Q 12. Can I place my order over the phone? |

For accuracy reasons, we do not take orders over the phone. If you are having trouble placing your order online, please call us and we will assist you. |
| Q 13. Can I call you with my credit card instead of submitting it online? |

Yes. When checking out you will be given the option of calling us with your credit card number. Our ordering page is secure and your order information is encrypted. |
| Q 14. If I am ordering on behalf of a non-profit, is there a discount? |

Once you provide us with the appropriate documentation, there is a 10% discount and no tax is charged. |

Only if you choose an expedited service to have your order printed faster than the standard 3 days. If you choose to pick up your order, we will contact you when it's ready and you can come by to pick it up. |
| Q 17. Will I receive a proof for my Embossed Graphics orders? |

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a proof for Embossed Graphics orders at this time. The Embossed Graphics fonts and cards do not change from what is presented on our website. |
| Q 18. How can I tell if Party Cat processes my order or if part of my order is outsourced? |

Anything ordered from the following sections is produced with external vendors: Stationery, Cups and Koozies, Enclosures & Bag Tags and Notepads. Unless you are picking your order up in Austin, these orders or parts of orders will be shipped separately from those vendors. Your invoice from Party Cat will reflect all of the costs. Orders which contain items from these sections may take longer to arrive. |
