a design in a retail store or on another web site that we do not show here,

Most retailers and websites sell invitations and announcements by the box or in set intervals.
That means that you often pay for more than you actually need. Because Party
Cat sells its invitations and announcements by the piece, you can buy the exact
number you need. This can result in additional savings for you.Fast Delivery
All orders leave Party Cat in Austin, Texas within three business days from the day you approve your proof (pending stock availability). Proofs are sent out within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. For an additional $15, you may request the Express turnaround, which allows your order to be printed and shipped out within two business days from the time you approve your proof (pending stock availability). For an additional $25, you may request the Super Express turnaround, which allows your order to be printed and shipped out the next business day after your proof is approved (pending stock availability).Party Cat offers UPS Ground, Second Day and Next Day Air service. Shipping costs and delivery times are noted below. In the event that we may be out of stock on a design indicated to be in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives. Custom Printed or Blank
Party Cat sells its paper both custom printed and blank. If you would like your
selection custom printed, you select the paper, the wording, the color of ink
and the typestyle. You can see a proof of your order at our expense before it
is printed. If you would rather buy our paper blank, no problem! Party Cat prices
its paper and printing separately just for this reason. Blank stock usually ships within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability. If it will be longer, we will contact you.Party Cat prices its printing based solely on the quantity of cards and envelopes being printed. Since we do not charge a set-up fee or price printing by the line or by the color of ink (except gold and silver, which are $25 extra), our pricing is simple! Just use the following table. (The bottom line on the table indicates the price to print your return address on the envelope flap in the same typestyle and ink color you choose for the card. Printing your return address is optional.)
Free Proof
We offer one free proof of your order set up in the typestyle you have chosen. At your request, we can either fax, email or mail it. Your proof will go out within one to two business days of our
receipt of your order. (A proof will go out on Monday or Tuesday for orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) Remember that the delivery
time begins the day you approve your proof, not the day we receive your order. If you are in a
huge hurry, you might want to forego the proof!Typestyles

Reprints
Unfortunately, sometimes an order needs to be reprinted. If an order is printed incorrectly by
Party Cat, we will reprint and ship it at our expense. If an order needs to be reprinted due to
an error out of our control (change of event date, name misspelling, failure to catch mistake on
proof, etc.), we will reprint the order at a 20% discount and ship at our normal rates. If you
discover you need more after your order has been printed, it is just like starting over. Even
though your information has been typeset, new press film must be developed as well as new press
set-ups. We suggest you order a few more than you think you need!Changes and Cancellations
You are welcome to see as many proofs as you like. Just remember that after the first proof, additional proofs are $1.50 each. You are welcome to see your order set up in several typestyles as well. The first set-up is included in the printing price. Additional set-ups are $15.00 each. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee for orders canceled after a proof has been delivered. Shipping
